Prominent Democratic donor and LGBTQ political activist Ed Buck was arrested Tuesday and charged with operating a drug house, with prosecutors calling him a violent sexual predator who preys on men struggling with addiction and homelessness.
Buck was charged with one count each of battery causing serious injury, administering methamphetamine and maintaining a drug house, according to the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office. Buck is accused of injecting a 37-year-old man, who overdosed but survived, with methamphetamine on Sept. 11.
That latest incident comes after two men were found dead in his Laurel Avenue apartment in Hollywood. In both cases, African American men — Gemmel Moore, 26, and Timothy Dean, 55 — had overdosed on methamphetamine inside. After the first death in 2017, authorities said there was insufficient evidence to file charges.
“With this new evidence, I authorized the filing of criminal charges against Ed Buck,” Los Angeles County Dist. Atty. Jackie Lacey said in a statement, adding that she is deeply concerned for those whose life circumstances make them vulnerable to predators.

This guy was made a folk hero by the despicable Arizona Republic newspaper in the 1980’s, billed in stories as “a Republican” as he castigated our conservative governor, Evan Mecham. Mecham was impeached by the GOP-E on the usual dubious crap that befalls solid conservative Republicans. Buck and the GOP installed liberal Democrat Rose Mofford as governor. A few years later they did the same thing to Fife Symington, another terrific governor.
This is from the Buck entry in Wikipedia, “He became involved in politics after the election of Evan Mecham as Governor of Arizona in 1986; Buck, an Arizona native, led the effort to recall him from office due to Mecham’s perceived racism and corruption. (Mecham was impeached by the Arizona Senate in 1988 on the basis of various charges, including misusing government funds, before a recall election could occur.) The experience led Buck to change his party affiliation from Republican to Democrat, and he has since donated heavily to Democratic politicians. In 2007, he ran an unsuccessful campaign for the city council of West Hollywood, California.”
These people have been running the country, removing their enemies, become heroes in the press, and doing as they please for a very long time. With this media, very little of the real story is revealed.

If I'm Ed Buck (after seeing how Epstein got done in a solitary cell just off suicide watch, and the guards 'went to sleep', and the cameras 'mysteriously stopped working'), I'm getting my affairs in order.
I remember that time well. I used to see him driving around in my then neighborhood in Phoenix near the Pointe-Squaw Peak.

Los Angeles County coroner’s officials had concluded that Moore died from an accidental methamphetamine overdose in Buck’s apartment, which was littered with drug paraphernalia, including 24 hypodermic needles and five glass pipes, as well as sex toys. Paramedics found Moore naked on a mattress in the living room, the coroner’s report said.
They ruled Moore’s death an accident, and an initial review by sheriff’s deputies found nothing suspicious.
Yeah, just your average home. Five Crack pipes, 24 hypodermic needles, sex toys scattered about and a OD’d African American, nope, nothing out of the ordinary there.🙄🤡☠️💩😡🤫🤔
