The contentious divorce battle between Rudy Giuliani and his third wife Judith continues to drag on in court more than a year after papers were first filed in a Manhattan courthouse.
As a result of the ongoing hostility and courtroom cat fights between the pair, a trial date has now been set for January of next year.
That gives the estranged couple just three months to agree to terms before a judge decides for the pair.
It certainly will not be easy, as Judith believes that her husband of 15 years has been purposely holding out on her, and doing everything in his power to try and downplay his wealth while she struggles to get by on a court-ordered stipend of $500,000 per year.
Judith wants an increase of approximately $250,000 a year from Giuliani, while he wants her to hand over all the remote controls she stole from their homes.
Giuliani claims that Judith ran off with his controls, cable box, silverware and plates, which she is now hoarding at some unknown location - forcing him to watch TV shows on his iPad.

We had someone with Alzheimers in the family. It was weird how attached he was to his remotes. Accused people of stealing them. Even called the cops.

This particular ex-wife appears that she won’t be happy until Rudy is beyond Bankrupted.
Just think, at one time, they liked each other so much they wanted to get married. Now, she’s out to destroy and salt the grounds. Of, course, I’m only hearing one side of a private domestic dispute that I shouldn’t even be hearing in the first place.

Oh, Rudy, play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Just give her the extra $250,000. It’s expensive to live in New York. And she needs to give back any of his possessions she stole.

I guess they don’t have any animals to fight over so they have to fight over remotes.
