LEBANON, Ohio (AP) — A young Ohio mother who prosecutors said killed and buried her unwanted newborn in her backyard was acquitted by jurors Thursday.
The Warren County jury deliberated for four hours before acquitting 20-year-old Brooke Skylar Richardson of aggravated murder, involuntary manslaughter and child endangerment charges.
She was found guilty of corpse abuse.
Richardson began crying as verdicts were being read.
Warren County Judge Donald Oda II scheduled sentencing for 11 a.m. Friday on the abuse of a corpse charge. It carries a potential sentence of up to one year in prison, but as a first-time offender, she could get probation.
Prosecutors contended that the high school cheerleader wanted to keep her “perfect life.” They said she hid her unwanted pregnancy and buried her baby in her family’s backyard in May 2017, within days of her senior prom.

Only if she can destroy the evidence such that even if it is later discovered, it will be too decomposed to make the case that the mother killed the baby.
Since there is no justice in this world, we must hope for it in the next.

A forensic pathologist testified for the prosecution that she concluded the baby died from “homicidal violence.”
Prosecutors said Richardson had searched on the internet for “how to get rid of a baby.”
It’s just a post-natal abortion.

Anything vaguely related to football in Ohio is likely to get a pass or at least lenient treatment in the courts. For example the Stubenville rape case. Even more surprising is this is in Warren County, Ohio which tends to be conservative.
This acquittal is more evidence that this country is decayed and dying.
Bingo. Some people get away with murder.

Well, the jury did not excuse her, they convicted her on that charge.

Even though she was acquitted, doesn’t she still have to live with herself for the rest of her life for her actions? Pretty heinous attitude towards life and doesn’t seem to have any remorse. This is proof positive that in this world people can fall into selfish depravity and ultimately she will judge herself. She can now roam around free but is she really free? I don’t feel any sympathy toward her. Buried the baby to hide the evidence like it was garbage in the way of her good times. Makes me think of Virginia Governor Black Face Democrat Ralph’s interview about the mother having the discussion with her doctor about the fate of the baby. Cold hearted, unfeeling like living dead zombies who have no value for life. It’s all about them. No one should get in the way of their good times, “it’s my body, my choice” even after birth. That’s what Hitler, Stalin and Mao believed. And the world is a witness to how they valued human life. Who will judge them for killing the innocent? Judgement will come, not in this life but in the life which is to come.
