Well you see, Bill’s girl friend is spending some time with Bill and he had to send The Old Bag somewhere so he thought Italy would be far enough away and she could see ‘the sites’ if you get my drift...

Anyway, hope Bill and his girl friend are having fun, we don’t have to see The Old Bag, and poor Italy can keep her for all we are concerned...

Fitton is just too much of a self promoter sometimes

[[[ Mr. Rosenstein and successor McCabe apparently talked frequently about a plan of action that culminated in the deputy AG naming special counsel Robert Mueller.]]]

What we know is that McCabe insisted he get the “Russia” investigation; he didn’t.

I ran across the HVAC pics from LSJI I mentioned back when that I couldn't find.

MileHi - can you give an opinion on what this setup would/could/does support?

Tex - for your files and input.

Also, the 'garage' you were looking at near the effluent spot. Have you seen this closeup before? I can't remember if you addressed it already. Apologies.

There are from the link in Q drop #3500

Bears repeating:

Trump opines that the planes had bombs, needed them to get through the outside of the building. He isn't offering a government-conspiracy theory.

He's not qualified, engineering-wise, to assert the conclusions he does, but everybody has the right to uninformed opinion.

My husband’s explanation was given on the day the towers fell. He came home because I called him, sobbing because a bother-in-law and a nephew were there, and we didn’t know whether they had survived.

He was an MIT graduate and was meticulous about structure, details, and consequences of poor design. He followed all the “ground-breaking” architectural buildings and was appalled at the substitution for “style” over good detailing.

But, it was just his educated opinion, and he could have been logical, but incorrect.

Look up Paul Rudolph’s buildings, for example. Particularly the library Rudolph designed for Niagara Falls. What a mess, wit a roof that constantly leaked because of poor detailing just to get a certain look!

I appreciate your comments on this. Regarding this sentence:

Bringing this back to a Q point, how do you get evidence into the public eye or into the record? Flynn case is a venue for that, even though the press won't touch the details.

Q has said more than once "How do you get (this or that) legally presented as evidence?" in connection with Flynn. (Paraphrasing obviously.)

But I think the media will touch it, gingerly, some of them. And the "alternate" media which not only means of course twitter but sites like The Hill, The Daily Caller, Fox, Washington Times and others will definitely cover it.

I posted an article about this yesterday or the day before. Article gets it entirely wrong. RR did not take part in plotting a coup. He sarcastically asked, when McCabe was talking about getting rid of Trump, “You want the president wired?” The very day this conversation took place (or it might have been the next day), RR took McCabe off the “Russia investigation”, met with Trump along with Mueller, long meeting, and then Mueller did the investigation. Supposedly the meeting with Trump and Mueller was about being the head of the FBI but no one believes that!

Reading more the article, I’m sorry the Wa Times is so wrong about this. When Article 25 was discussed, RR was incredulous. I will find the article and bring it here.

I’m not seeing twitter activity like that from either infinitechan or codemonkeyz

DNS has resolved to two different IPs for a couple weeks now. One of those two IPs answers to ICMP/ping, the other is “dead.” Neither of then responds to knocks on the usual web page ports (80 and 443)

For those wondering, DNS means that an “inquiry” to get the IP address for a domain-name is answered with a valid IP address. This happens in the background of your internet surfing experience. Doman Name Service is a distriibuted activity, but there are a few authoritative sources. If a domain-name is not “listed” with the authoritative sources, the domain can not be found by name - no entry in the phone book, even if the domain is hooked up to the internet.

I think 8chan is not online, even in an unlisted mode.

Here it is, I’ll post just a few excerpts. It’s a long article and a bit turgid, needs an editor, but the points made are clear.

https://www.theepochtimes.com/doj-emails-reveal-internal-response-to-wiretap-allegations-against-rosenstein_3073852.html

DOJ Emails Reveal Internal Response to ‘Wiretap’ Allegations Against Rosenstein

Newly released emails by the Department of Justice (DOJ) reveal details about the internal response by the agency to allegations that then-Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein had wanted to wiretap President Donald Trump and invoke the 25th Amendment against him.

The allegations were first reported by The New York Times on September 2018. The article, headlined “Rod Rosenstein Suggested Secretly Recording Trump and Discussed 25th Amendment,” claimed that the “deputy attorney general, Rod J. Rosenstein, suggested last year that he secretly record President Trump in the White House to expose the chaos consuming the administration, and he discussed recruiting Cabinet members to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Mr. Trump from office for being unfit.”

The New York Times article included a response statement from Rosenstein, who refuted the story, calling it “inaccurate and factually incorrect”:

“The New York Times’s story is inaccurate and factually incorrect … I will not further comment on a story based on anonymous sources who are obviously biased against the department and are advancing their own personal agenda. But let me be clear about this: Based on my personal dealings with the president, there is no basis to invoke the 25th Amendment.”

..........................

The New York Times article also noted that a Justice Department spokeswoman had provided the newspaper with a statement from a “person who was present when Mr. Rosenstein proposed wearing a wire” but did not directly quote the statement, noting only that the “person, who would not be named, acknowledged the remark but said Mr. Rosenstein made it sarcastically.”

............................

“During a conversation about how one would attempt to record any outlandish statements made by the president in private, Rosenstein responded with what one person described as a sarcastic comment along the lines of, ‘What do you want to do, Andy, wire the president?’

“That person insisted the statement was not meant seriously. At one point in the May 16 discussions, another senior Justice Department official remarked that it was crazy that they were engaged in such conversations at all.”

.............................

The Washington Post article also acknowledged that “A Justice Department official who met frequently with both McCabe and Rosenstein said that in the months that followed, Rosenstein never broached either subject — the 25th Amendment or a possible wiretap involving the president.” The article also pointed out that the claims from McCabe “come at a time when a grand jury has been hearing evidence in a case of possible criminal false statements by McCabe.”

.............................

According to comments contained in the Washington Post article, the conversation between McCabe and Rosenstein was framed in an entirely different light, noting that Rosenstein responded with sarcasm to McCabe’s suggestions, saying, “What do you want to do, Andy, wire the president?” This comment is presumably coming from Schools via the DOJ’s Sept. 20, 2018, response.

Sometime later the same day, both Rosenstein and Trump met with former FBI Director Robert Mueller in the Oval Office. Rosenstein would appoint Mueller as special counsel the following day, on May 17, 2017, and in doing so, Rosenstein removed control of the Trump-Russia investigation from McCabe and put it into Mueller’s hands.

This was confirmed by a Feb. 2019 statement by a DOJ spokesperson, who said, “The deputy attorney general in fact appointed special counsel Robert Mueller, and directed that Mr. McCabe be removed from any participation in that investigation.”

Not 5-4. This Order has two dissents, Sotomayor and Ginsberg. None of the others are named. The order says ...

The application for stay presented to JUSTICE KAGAN and by her referred to the Court is granted. The district court's July 24, 2019 order granting a preliminary injunction and September 9, 2019 order restoring the nationwide scope of the injunction are stayed in full pending disposition of the Government's appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and disposition of the Government's petition for a writ of certiorari, if such writ is sought. If a writ of certiorari is sought and the Court denies the petition, this order shall terminate automatically. If t he Court grants the petition for a writ of certiorari, this order shall terminate when the Court enters its judgment.

I just posted excerpts from the recent E.Times article addressing this.

I agree about Fitton. And the Washington times was stupid to run with it.
