I see it as the Cloward-Piven approach to campaigning — overload the system with false accusations, tying up lawyers for the other side that would otherwise be available for protecting their candidate from other challenges, such as the numerous Democrat congressional attacks. Much like a filibuster.
In the future you can be the alphabet networks will use this case in a spin campaign saying, for example “....Trump has been sued for harassment xx times since taking office...” — of course without mentioning the dropping of this suit because it was exposed as fraud.
