Coastal Texas with millions of people was devastated by Hurricane Harvey’s Cat 4 winds and 48-60” of rain. There was little chaos, probably because Texans helped each other and because almost everyone was armed during the ordeal.

I think the Brits (who sort of “own” the place) and the US ate providing fuel.
They’re independent but have some kind of spevual connection with the Brits. A lot of Bahamians came to the US to work on railroads and roads on south Florida.
