Somebody post Goebles photo, please. More UN propaganda.
Sorry, not buying it.
And no one having advanced degrees in the physical sciences that I know buys it either.
Yup, I’ve one of those puppies too.
Easiest counter argument: Show us one prediction that came even close to occurring.
(Note: No “Department of Truth” corrections by the climate change crowd version of Winston Smith.)
If you buy in to the theory that CO2 is a pollutant the nuclear is the way to go. In fact until global climate change alarmists start advocating for nuclear power I will never believe a goddamn word they say.
My wife and I laughed with her, and I asked: "Do any of the children believe that foolishness?"
She raised her eyebrows and said, again in disbelief: "Some do!"
"Why do all the schools teach such nonsense?" I wondered.
She said: "I don't know, but it's scary. Some people think it's a form of child abuse."
"It is," I replied, "to frighten children like that with such insanity. And they also teach that the United States is the worst of all--that its a horrible, evil country, and yet people are climbing the walls to get in! I can't imagine why schools would teach children such stupidity--and scare the students like that! It's crazy!"
She said: "Yes. It is!"
She left laughing.
ROFLMAO!!!!
I forgot my post and then when I went and looked at it, melted butter made me spit out my non melted piece of chicken :)
That's a fair point.
However, it also assumes a receptive mindset is possible on the other side of the argument. In my particular case it isn't, unfortunately. Drugs, political radicalization, outright rejection of God, and other bad choices have precluded a rational mind.
But it may be helpful for some others though.
The enemies of America have pretty much taken over education and the culture in this country.
I wonder about that though. How much of the garbage is stuff developed countries shipped to Asia for disposal?
And Many people believe it!
Roughly half the US electorate actually supports the Democrat Party, which preaches that the USA is an evil, racist, nazi nation that must be destroyed.
How crazy is that?
America is truly locked in a Manichaean struggle between the Party of Good, the Republican Party, and the Democrat Party, the Party of Hate and Evil.
In a sane world, there would be no decision to make.
In a sane world, these schools would be closed down and the people teaching this garbage given a mop and told to do what they are qualified to do.
Sorry about that.
Actually, thank you.
Good laughs are no so easy to come by :)
These are the same people whose science says there are 157 human sexes.
bttt
When it doesnt happen in 36 months, what will he say?

“Yeah, but just think if it did!”
This guy talks about a die off of animals in the Bering Sea. The Bering was the scene of the greatest crab harvests in the 1970’s, which led to The Deadliest Catch becoming a TV series. The series was based on a book by a Bering sea crabber that I read in the late 80’s or early 90’s.
Oceans comprise about 70% or so of the global expanse. I don’t think all the countries in the world, working in concert, could irretrievably harm the ocean. Note, for example, after the BP disaster, the ocean cleaned itself up after BP was extorted for billions and billions of dollars and eco-warriors clean-up efforts.
“Its all about attacking the USA. “
It’s all about extorting the US - $, $, $. Its always about the money!
This is all complete bull crap
the oceans run the planet
In the final analysis, the report amounts to self-destruction thats largely ignored by most of the leading countries throughout the world. Its all about greenhouse gassing as a result of human interference in the climate system.
Sounds like the only thing to do is round up the author of the agitprop piece and all others like him, ziptie their ankles to some bricks, and drop them off in the middle of the Pacific where they can best fight pollution. To help them out, we'll pretreat the drop area with buckets of blood in order to draw the sharks. Thanks Gritty.
