Michelle Beadle and ESPN are in talks that are expected to result in her leaving the company, The Post has learned.
This is part of the continued fallout from ABC/ESPNs NBA shake-up that right now has Rachel Nichols and her show, The Jump, in line for a major promotion in how the networks coverage will be presented going forward.
Beadle and ESPN are negotiating a buyout, which would end her time at the company, according to sources. She makes $5 million per year. She has multiple years left on her contract, but the exact number is unknown.

She left once. Her show at NBC Sports Network bombed and they took her back. How stupid was that?
ESPN is bad enough but when they start talking NBA, I cannot change the channel fast enough.
I have always enjoyed her. What is your objection to her, if I might ask?
ESPN is all NBA, all the time, as they have committed billions of dollars to the NBA over the coming years. As for Michelle Beadel... Who?!
Same here. I met here once years ago at Fox Sports in L.A. when she was still with Colin Cowherd. Cowherd was the blowhard and Beadle was the quiet but gracious person of that staff. She even told me who she voted for (hehe)

Odd. Talk of the industry on this end is Puerto Rico, Russia, DACA, healthcare, gun control, immigration, racial injustice...and its mic. https://twitter.com/realdonaldtrump/status/917701841466593280

With Jemele Hill at the mike, it is no wonder ESPN ratings have "tanked," in fact, tanked so badly it is the talk of the industry!

Michelle Beadle is BRUTAL. Won’t be missed for a nanosecond.
Fair enough — I don’t like it when people in media dis DJT, either, even though most do it.
I like that she’s knowledgeable and affable and cute (kinda reminds me of Cameron Diaz at times, and that’s a plus).
To each his own. And thanks!
If she has several years left on a $5 million per year contract, she might give up one year for a full release. Other option is to make them pay the entire amount and go have a wonderful life.
