Keto ipso-facto MUST BE low-carb, it’s muuuch lower than 90% of people think.
For most people it’s maybe 25 grams of carbs, not much at all.
Our diets abound in simple sugars/carbs so it is no wonder we have tons and tons of fat people.
Atkins lets you have more carbs in all but the original ketosis stage.
