Friends of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have said the couple are house hunting in the celebrity enclave of Malibu because Meghan is 'homesick'. Los Angeles-born Meghan is said to be keen to find a home in the US to escape, and the royal couple have their sights set on the California city of Malibu.

How thrilling...why not an upper middle class neighborhood, instead of Malibu? Don’t you know the sea level is rising? You do talk about it, unless you know it is BS!

Escape?? aka divorce.
Meghan is a planner.
Harry lost it...and will lose any prestige he has.

Here's a nice oceanside villa. The fellow who lived here passed away not too long ago, so it might still be available.
I think Meghan's taste is more along the lines of this Malibu classic:

If Malibu doesn't work out, maybe they could make him Governor of the Bahamas.
Or if that fails, he could go to Las Vegas to learn the casino business.
BTW, I thought they were moving to Africa.

"Hey Harry, you can marry any woman in the world. What are you looking for?"
"Well, any divorced, half-Black, casting couch, social climbing, American sluts available?"

I always read the comments on DM with stories about Sparkles.
The Brits cannot stand the woman and give the marriage 5 years or less.

It still amazes me that Harry picked a divorced thirty-something American "D" list actress to marry, when he could have had his pick of twenty-something English girls. Kind of like his great-great uncle Edward some 85 years ago.
But like was mentioned earlier, Meghan is probably just picking out her residence after the split. She's got his kid now, and a life of leisure ahead.

Won’t they have to pay taxes in California?

Most people, when interviewing for employment, are given a job description, responsibilities, benefits and they know what is expected. For some people they will agree to almost anything because they are desperate for the job. If they take the job and then start changing the terms, they are fired.

I told my British born husband when they married, she would move him to SoCal. She cannot stand being away from celebrities. Marrying into the Royal Family raised her visibility 1,000%. She wants to return triumphant, even though she was never much of a celebrity here. (BTW, much of the Brit press refers to her as an A-list actress in America.....clueless)

I gave it 5 years from the outset. The skank ho is laying the groundwork for her post divorce royalty digs.

The British Royal family needs to live in Britain. That nasty woman can't get "homesick" and disrupt a country. What a loser Prince Harry is.
