From other stories, it appears that she is a genuine Trump loyalist, but was trying to get a bigger role. She annoyed the wrong people and she said the wrong things at the wrong times. Stupid mistakes cost her the job. But she doesn’t seem like a Deep State socialist or anything like that.

from what I read, Kelly wanted her in that position and she was supposed to keep people from access to Trump and then report back to Kelly what was said if they did gain access...she sounded like a little spy to me.
