This line takes the cake:

Like that makes it all fine and dandy that they were in the guy’s garage late at night?
You can see the guy is living in the Alamo with his house all boarded up.

If its, true, and I believe it is, the Homeowner knew those boys would smoke dope in his garage.
More needs to be known, but at first glance - this was a bad shoot and the homeowners should go to jail.
