Liberals are beginning to demean and laugh at Governor DeSantis for having the respect to request prayers in Israel during his trip recently. He requested God spare Florida hurricanes this year.
Do you know what other group takes great delight in laughing at people who have faith in the intangible areas of life?
This group goes out of it’s way trying to ‘prove’ that Man is foolish to expect anymore from life than what it appears to be on it’s surface.
Their personal mission is to use the Perversion of Intent to destroy the faith of others in whatever makes life virtuous. Aspects such as Love, Truth, Charity, Empathy and Forgiveness.
That’s right. Satanists, aka Team Baphomet.
For crying out loud folks! It ain’t hit yet!
This thing has plenty of time to continue on the path it has been on for the past few days Nor-Noreast.

As you sent fire down to consume the sacrifice and waters in the surrounding trenches at the prayer of Elijah, display once again that You and You alone are God of creation and those that scoff do so at their own peril. You and You alone can accomplish such wonders. We believe and watch in expectation that Your Hand is at work in the world because we have seen with our own eyes the mighty things you have done, and have listened attentively to Your still small voice as it moves us. Your pastor was wise.
It isn’t so much the blind leading the blind as it is the blind forcing the sighted to follow.
It can be confusing to Non-Christians.
On one side of the road are the pastors who seemingly turn any/all prayers into “...trying to use a lever to force God to do X’s biding,” and on the other side of the road is the pastors who remind people that, “they can go to God with requests with belief.”
At some point there is even the parable about the person going to the neighbor’s door 3 times and we are admonished that sometimes it takes multiple requests.
The Governor asking for the Lord God to spare Florida the presence of Hurricane Dorian is him doing his job as a Christian leader. The Governor understands and accepts that offering up a prayer for his state’s safety is not a command to the Lord God.
He’s not an idiot.
I pray multiple times a day and never know if any prayer is answered.
I pray because I believe in God, and it brings calm and peace to me.
If good results follow, it is NOT because of my praying, it is because it is God's will.
Non-believers will not acknowledge that God exists, therefore, trying to explain my praying to them is a fool's errand, so I don't.
If any one doesn't believe, I'm sorry for them and don't understand how they get through life.
Those laughing will have a chance to explain to a non laughing God someday why they made fun of the Governor’s prayer request. And they won’t be laughing at that point.

All the Apostle’s were content to be considered ‘Fools,’ for the sake of Christ.
Though it’s difficult and in some cases life threatening, the rewards of watching someone come to know and accept Christ is worth it all.
As a Christian today I often recall those who spoke of things such as prayers and sin, and the need to admit I was wrong before I could even accept Christ into my life.
I was such a vitriolic hater of Christians. It is with awe hand humbleness I can now see how much those people cared for me.
I called them much worse than ‘fools.’
I am gratefully they were willing to look like ‘fools,’ to bring me the knowledge I needed for Salvation.
May you one day be brought to that realization that someone was a ‘fool,’ in their love for your soul.
My own sinfulness keep me from being the the ‘fool,’ I ought to be for the sake of the lost on many days. I am so grateful that Christ loves me despite my weakness.
It’s all foolishness to those who are perishing.
