I’ve been saying this for years. Ask any cop involved with DUI apprehension and they will tell you Hispanics are the greatest offenders.

They sometimes get cut loose from field tests etc. if there is even a question that they may be here illegally. Opens a can of worms for paperwork, deportation, public defender costs, no money for fines, etc

If they were only killing off themselves, that would be one thing, but innocent people who were in the wrong place at the wrong time are paying for it.
