Dammit. We had our chance to trade Puerto Rico in exchange for Greenland last week. The deal went south.

Second of all: She has already announced that she is on the case.
Third of all: It's "Nauti" as in nautical, not "naughty", as in, you know. I've never met her so I don't have personal knowledge, but I doubt the "naughty" part, personally.

This is how the MSM spun the story of FEMA delivery of 20,000 pallets of bottled water to Puerto in 2017 that were left on a landing strip. Of course it was the US's fault that Puerto Rico didn't do anything with the water. This will likely happen again.
FEMA said it was local Puerto Rico responsibility to distribute the water. Puerto Rico said it was not notified the water was there. Puerto finally started distributing the water in May 2018 but there were complaints about the water smell and taste so they stopped distributing it and the crates of water still sit there. I don't know who didn't do what but it was a CF.
