My lavender has hit a late summer bloom. Later this week I will be able to harvest. I am taking out my lemon grass today. Great easy grow plant but took over and my other plants I put in the same pot aren’t doing so well.

Discovered homemade refrigerator zucchini pickles last week. I was wondering what to do with all that dill (besides dill seed). I will be making apple and pear cider vinegar with my largest ever crop of undersized fruit.

I baby sit a bunch of old men at a Dennys on Saturday mornings but will be back here later. As I reported last week a flock of Raccoons devastated our 2019 corn crop. The local weather has been phenomenal this summer due to “Gorebal” sWarming.
