A seriously fat cat up for adoption in Pennsylvania literally broke the internet after internet users fell in love with him on social media and crashed his shelter's website.

On Thursday, Morris Animal Refuge in Philadelphia shared pictures of a 26 pound cat named BeeJay on their Twitter account and told users the big guy was looking for a forever home.

'OMG, big boi Mr. B is a CHONK. He's a chonk of a chonk. He redefines the term', the now viral tweet says.

Looks like a hybrid; Big domestic Tomcat and small wildcat paired up...

He’s a beauty.

We had a 25-pounder — He was big-boned with huge paws, but this CHONK cat looks twice his size!! I’d love to have him, but I bet one of the shelter workers is gonna take him now that he’s such a sensation!

I guess it’s competing with the employees for food.

Employee appears to be winning!

He’s a very big cat, at least as big as a bobcat. But he’s also fat, needs to go on a diet. Otherwise he’s going to die an early death.

That boy looks like he was the result of a wildcat taking advantage of a female tabby.

Our Tigger is only 16# and service/repair people remark on his size (very fluffy—makes him look bigger). Cats in TN seem to be bigger than in other states. Our two desert ferals only weigh 10# each. Mr. B, however, is certainly another kettle of fish. *Ducks and runs*

That's a good looking cat and the way it allows the gal to hold it, I'd gladly trade in my Cootie for it.

Try and hold Cootie like that, let alone try to pick her up, and you would indeed have a real bobcat on your hands, your face, you name it.....And she's only about 11 lbs...........LOL!

A friend of mine had 2 Maine Coons and while the female was big and loveable, the male (her brother) was HUGE.

She had both cats fixed as she didn’t want to risk either wanting to get out to have fun and end up killing another cat.

I cannot recall if she had them declawed, though it really made no difference; neither cat had any inclination to claw anything except the cat stand she trained them to attack.

LOL

They were so beautiful and impressive!
