There was a recent What on Earth or some show like that where they went to a place in Namibia where there are a LOT more diamonds just lying in the sand. Somebody has been able to keep these off the market for decades. You can go there and pick some up, but you likely wont get out alive. They watch that place pretty closely. The guy on the show hadnt been there long (after a LONG drive through NOWHERE) when a guy showed up and politely told him he needed to go.

Todd Hoffman from the show Gold Rush should try there next, lol. It’s been said that he couldn’t find gold or diamonds even in a jewelry store!
