Called the local water company yesterday saying “I think you got a busted line down here” I said, “I’ve lived here 15 plus years and my ditch is always dry in August” He kept looking at me as an idiot, even after I showed him look at the water running here (further down), you can see. I guess after they went back and checked their numbers they came back today and solved the problem. As I checked the mail on that property today, it looked like someone did some work there in my ditch. I’ll have to walk around the property tomorrow and see if water still runs??

africa wins again...Just remember, with Leftists there is no ‘End Game’. There is no point where they will say something like “Enough of us destroying everything, we’ll back off and let the free market start fixing it” (in this case).
How do we know. Think about EVERY leftist cause, where they started, and where they are now:
1) Feminism: STARTED: Equality for Women; NOW: Destroying the lives of young men in college because a girl didn’t like the way a date turned out the night before.
2) Civil Rights: STARTED: Equality for Blacks; NOW: Quotas, with far more qualified whites and particularly Asians being pushed aside for blacks and Hispanics.
3) Gays: STARTED: Leave us Alone in our Bedrooms; NOW: Gay ‘marriage’, gays in our schools talking about ‘bullying’, Drag Queens reading stories to little kids, and soon, the normalizing of pedophilia.
Giving them what they want simply makes them DEMAND MORE...they never go away. Think about ‘gay marriage’. 30 years ago the country was rightly disgusted with it, as had been the case for 5000 years of recorded history...now the majority of people approve. Did people change on a dime that fast? No way. Instead they kept at it and at it, and finally people simply gave up resisting...and so now they go after our kids.
Yet another sh**hole country comes under light. What a rotten “civilization” there. However, they are not alone. The malignant combo of corrupt “leaders”, no or weak moral base and little desire to sacrifice for civil society is interesting to observe...from afar.

It happened in Venezuela too. It’s part of the conviction that electricity comes from a wall socket and water from a tap, and money from an ATM machine. You don’t have to maintain anything, it’s magic. And like Venezuela, people are digging wells in their backyards and using untreated water from them because they haven’t a choice. That’s risky enough in rural areas; in cities it’s a ticket to cholera.
