Why would anyone do that in their ears EVERY NIGHT?
To: BenLurkin
I’ll never forget what a doctor told me 40+ years ago: don’t stick anything in your ear smaller than your elbow.

Ears are far to sensitive to clean DAILY with a swab. She gave her ears no time to heal.

Hubby thought he was going deaf.
Doc says to my husband...Do you clean your ears with a Q-Tip? Yes....every day.
Well, you have enough wax packed in there to start a wax museum.

3-5 drops of hydrogen peroxide in each ear is the trick.
Yeah it fizzes a bit but dissolves the wax.
My doc says most colds and viruses enter through the ears ....
H2O2 also kills da germs too.

Every time you use a Q-Tip, a bit of the cotton fibers get stuck inside. Eventually, they add up so you can’t hear and eventually get infected. That’s one product that should be taken off the market.

I believe the box of Q-Tips explicitly says “don’t use in ears”
Still, she’s just ONE example of why we have such stupid ‘warnings’ on every object possible.

O'Really? Been cleaning my ears daily with Q tips for 50 years , exactly when will your described horrors start? And no, not my PCP or ENT have ever detected the dread build up of fibers.
