Guess we have to put ‘shrinks’ up their with lawyers and pols as idiots out for their own good - no matter how misguided.
If we really want to get into studies and things that cause things to go bump in the night, I think if looked at hard enough when can find a straight line from the ‘temper calming drugs’ administered to students very early in their life - you know the ‘harmless’ drugs that are supposed to keep baby boy - now girl - in a calm enough state so as to sit in his seat for the school day.
Yes, we have always had some out of the way nutcases that would go on a rampage but I would imagine if it was really looked into hard, that we would find that most of these doing the modern ‘nasty crap’ are no stranger to some sort of mind altering ‘help’.
We ‘know’ it can’t be an unstable family life as most of the ‘doers’ are described as ‘good kids’ who just happened to get mistracked....

Miniature horses are generally bred to be friendly and to interact well with people. For this reason they are often kept as family pets, though they still retain natural horse behavior, including a natural fight or flight instinct of striking out with their hooves, front or back, and biting. Especially in a confined space with unnatural smells, feelings of movement and G’s, and every kid in the aircraft wanting to pet the big doggy.
So, the only way to protect your horse is to pen it up and keep it on a seat away from other passengers. And hope no one is allergic to horses. If peanuts that are not designed to shed can do it, well.... I’m allergic to cats, dogs, and sheep.
If someone brings one on a plane, I have to get a seat change from the one I selected to get away from it. So there insecurity becomes my problem then. And I paid the same as they did for their seats. And my “insecurity” is ignored and I am the one that will have to adjust. So who’s service animal is it due to inconveniences?

There is no reason anyone needs a horse on a flight. Even really small horses are extremely powerful and a frightened one would be seriously dangerous.
This is because of bureaucracies flexing bare power.
