No. There would be no order to disarm him, because he is special and can afford to pay his way out of it. Those of you who believe that you are also special enough should find out what it would cost you to have a protection order quashed. You're not that special (not that rich). Courts consider quashing such orders to be a terrible liability (possibility that the subject of such an order goes off and murders or injures someone else).
