I once posted an article on a liberal site (about four years ago) about a “coming civil war”. I didn’t agree with the article but I thought some points were worthwhile, even though I didn’t come to the same conclusion as the author. I also thought it would stimulate a good conversation.
To this day, on that site, I’m the guy that predicted a race civil war.
i.e. the post is just doing what liberals do - intentionally miss the point and create a straw man.

US Presidents do not indulge in conspiracy theories. They have real information, and when a president says something specific like this, ANY PRESIDENT, it is because he knows who is responsible.
