First of all, after years of being smeared by the Clintons and the DNC via the fake “dossier”, I think President Donald Trump certainly has the right to take a few pokes back at the Clintons.

In the second place, anyone who has seen the tweet in question would know it is a joke, which explains why the media isn't showing the whole story.
