How many times have we heard that there needs to be a mechanism for warning about threats and dangerous situations? And how many times have we learned that warnings were ignored and mass casualties resulted? The most classic example coming to my mind was when the Minneapolis FBI Agent-in-Charge was concerned about Middle-Eastern men who wanted to learn to fly large jet planes. And the folks at HQ said, "aw, its nothing to worry about". On the other hand, we have had numerous "prank" swattings where cops are sent out in full gear in a targeted attack on a non-violent, non-threatening party. I don't have the "answer" per se, but it seems like their is a huge absence of common sense. In fact, it almost seems like we have been living through a conspiracy AGAINST common sense. Seems like people don't want to connect the dots. If they did they would possibly see a pattern of ignoring and/or excusing some threats, while other non-threats are exaggerated and fixated upon. Feel free to add your comments to my rant-observation.
Libtards have this wet dream that they can get somebody else to kill us all on their behalf. I know. Its retarded but there it is.
Trump may not know that, but Red Flag only works if there is NO DUE PROCESS, before your guns are taken.
And anybody who believes their weapons will be returned any time soon, is nuts.
We want red flag laws for the mouths of the media.
Make up or report what turns out to be lies or cause violence and you lose your broadcast license.
They’re just working backwards from their primary objective of universal civilian disarmament. They;ll come up with more schemes.
SANCTITY precedes SANITY
MEMORIZE THIS AND REPEAT IT TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW

Unfortunately, Connecting the Dots doesn’t quench their desire to get rid of guns. Connect the dots, deal with the problems still allows me and the other millions and millions of gun owners to keep ours.
I’m sure the Fumbling Bureau will make it work.
They couldn’t care less about “Red Flag” Laws, it’s just a Way Station to them on the path of total confiscation.
This needs to be investigated.
A federal court just declared seizure without prior adjudication is unconstitutional.
Hopefully this means “red flag laws” are DOA.
There’s plenty that can already be done. Laws to act on info are meaningless if nobody actually acts on it.
They seem to be wearing a red flag bulls-eye.
He has a crack legal team. They know what they are doing.
I see what you did there! In this set up were all nuts! Wahllah ... no one gets to have guns!
See something, say something, get doxxed or worse.
Yup...Let me throw something out there to FR, as it pertains to these Red Flag laws.
If passed, the cops are going to be completely overwhelmed with bogus reports. I’m thinking, to a point where the system will collapse. Which may be the objective because then the Left can go for all out confiscation in lieu of their Red Flag, attempts.
They’ll be a ton of bogus complaints which, unless some language is written in there, could lead to some pretty legitimate law suits against the person who initiated the complaint and the police.
If the Red Flag laws are all about keeping guns out of the hands of people deemed, mentally unstable(for lack of a better term), at what point do they start going after veterans? At what point do they start getting into the VA databases and identify all the guys that are claiming PTSD? Then they can initiate the Red Flag complaint themselves, can they not?
Slippery slope they are getting us to. A very slippery one. Wonder what a guy like Crenshaw is going to think about that?
They think they can pass laws to prevent any need to ever use their own judgment.
Not only that, but any (knowingly) false accusation should result in the accuser receiving the sentence that would have been given for the crime had the accused been guilty.
