Fifty years ago all the women in the neighborhood knew each other and so would have known about the situation and stepped up to help. Now we are very isolated.

And stand out in front of her neighbors homes until somebody confesses, publish their Names and Addresses, where they work.

Went through something similar with neighbors and our old HOA. Lost my job, savings and then went to work more than full time, kept thinking things would get better. Couldn’t afford to move or sell (down market at the time) or pay for maintenance I knew it needed, kids too young to help. Wouldn’t have cost much but when your busted every cent counts. Yard needed some improvement but not much. But HOA and JA neighbor pounced weekly. Finally climbed back up the rope & moved away to no HOA, better neighbors, better house and back on our feet praise the Lord! Wish I was more handy I ouwld love to help out some neighbors with things.
