There is no hope for Chicago until they get rid of the Corrupt Dem Machine. That can be said for most of these big, Democrat run cities. Unfortunately, their residents don't see it.

Keep the crap up there, if law and order should return to Chicago that’ll mean the thugs will roll down state looking to set up shop. I live in a quiet little town in the middle of farm land and I don’t want to see it ruined by the filth that has corrupted what I consider was once one of the finest cities on earth.
