In the last few months, Hannah Brown has undergone painful breakups and a broken engagement, but the 24-year-old star of The Bachelorette says the criticism she faced over her decision to have sex on the show was just as painful. Its been really tough, says Brown of the slut shaming shes dealt with since speaking publicly about having sex while on a date with suitor Peter Weber. The admission came after contestant Luke Parker questioned the possibility that she would or had been intimate, initially telling her that it would affect his ability to stay in the relationship. I believe a lot of the same things Luke does says Brown. Physical intimacy is emotionally binding. But there are lots of different sins. And for Luke, [sex] was the thing that made me not worthy to be his wife. And as he continued to talk to me, it just made me more angry. I was not trying to say that its okay to live a life of sin and just call out to the name of Jesus, she continues. But Im a human being and Jesus still loves me.

Wait. What? That was wrong?
Of course none of us can cast the first stone - but it’s hard to be a Christian and be stupid at the same time.
Very true, but I wonder if Luke is a virgin? Somehow, I doubt it. I get tired of hearing SOME men say they don’t want an ‘experienced’ woman as a wife while they chase the biggest whores around.

She had sex on the show? Should have at least waited until she got home.
About your whorish behavior Hannah,...Satan approves,
Look at me!
She’s no different than a 42nd St. streetwalker. A whore is a whore.
I say this as a professed born again Christian: what makes us any more immune to stupidity and fallibility than anyone else?
Yes, as Christians we read God's word and what we need to do to live within His will .... and yet we fail all the time. I know I do and I freely admit that.
None of us are perfect, we are forgiven though.
Hopefully she learns from this and doesn't repeat the same mistake going forward. THAT is what we're called to do.
She a ho.
I prefer a woman at my experience level. In other words the slutty type.
What’s really upsetting about her is that she’s apparently Christ-shaming Luke Parker for rejecting her after she hooked up with Peter Webber. Not that it takes a holy roller to lose interest in a girl after she hooks up with someone else while you’re courting her. Or for a girl to lose interest in a guy for doing that.
Peter ... Parker ... Weber... which one is Spider Man?
After you reveled in front of your parents that you screwed some guy four times during the show, who would think you are an easy tramp??? Luke moved on much to his good luck. He can do much, much better.
She had a strong physical attraction to Tyler, yet didn’t pick him. He treated her with respect in the FR, yet she didn’t pick him. The 4x windmill flyer guy wasn’t chosen. Both were very nice men.
The psychopath and con artist had a strong hold on her. To me, they’re bigger sinners than she because it will never be known if they repent of their ways.
Jesus still loves her.
I wonder how Jesus feels about us, the voyeurs and judgers.
Does every one understand these are SCRIPTED reality shows?
You’re a slut. “Having sex” is all that some people can think about. It controls them. They are ruled by their nether regions. These “shows” encourage that.
Don’t act like barnyard animals and expect to be respected.
Sounds like a slut to me.
I get that part completely. Not a "good look" for her, that's for sure. Reality is, any guy who values his Man Card would dump her for sleeping with someone else while he was courting her.
That's just fact.
Absolutely no redeeming value whatsoever for anyone that has a modicum of moral awareness.
Just a bunch of young air-heads, running around trying to screw one another and get a rose?
Academy Award stuff, for sure.
