I was just looking at this line from Q3570:

The month of AUGUST is traditionally very HOT.

Traditionally. Not the word I would use. I would say it’s “typically” hot or “normally” hot.

Tradition implies human choice. Like “We traditionally go to the beach for my birthday” or “We traditionally have green bean casserole on Thanksgiving”.

Whaddaya think, guys? Is this a hint? If so, help me out! I’m not good at taking hints.

I don’t know. August has been called “the silly season” the time of year when everybody excapes the muggy marches of DC and head of to the Hamptons or Hilton Head or somewhere, anywhere but Washington, D.C. It would be the perfect time to lower the boom on a bunch of traitors.
