The Democratic Party will hold a presidential primary debate over two days in Detroit, Michigan, on July 30-31, 2019. It is the second of 12 Democratic primary debates scheduled for the 2020 presidential election.

Tapper has actually posed some excellent questions, (wish I could recall my favorite) but the candidate (Klobacher) ducked his question. I wish Tapper would have followed-up or asked the same to another candidate.
