I have Degenerative Disc Disease in my entire spine and both shoulders have bone spurs found during Rotator cuff Repairs. In other words, my joints have rather bad arthritis. I exercise and take a lot of vitamins including a lot of Vitamin D and Calcium. I wish there was something else I could do to reverse this process, or alleviate the pain.

It has a good form of boron and the preferred sulfate versions of glucosamine and chondroitin, along with other supplements known to help.
Sort of what I thought would be the case.
Except in very unusual circumstances, the Pharmaceutical Grade vitamins are not really worth the much higher cost.
The body you already own and operate is a remarkable biochemical processing facility, very capable of absorbing what it needs and rejecting what it does not.
The only possible reason to buy pharmaceutical grade vitamins would be for higher absorption, although, in the absence of a scientific study (not one done by the company selling the product) showing some benefit, one could just take more of the lesser absorbed form to get the same bioavailability.
Nothing but a scam designed to separate you from your money.
