I have Degenerative Disc Disease in my entire spine and both shoulders have bone spurs found during Rotator cuff Repairs. In other words, my joints have rather bad arthritis. I exercise and take a lot of vitamins including a lot of Vitamin D and Calcium. I wish there was something else I could do to reverse this process, or alleviate the pain.

It has a good form of boron and the preferred sulfate versions of glucosamine and chondroitin, along with other supplements known to help.
Do you take magnesium? Just wondering...
Some regular fasting to keep low body weight would be very helpful I imagine. Nothing seems to be more solid than a low caloric intake as we age keeping what we do eat in the healthy varied food category.
