That gang seemed to form out of nowhere.

It would appear that something happened, out of camera range, before the attack which prompted the one guy to punch the victim. The gang knew something was up before the punch was thrown and were coming in to see what would happen. Once the victim was down, then the beating commenced.

None of that goes towards justification, not by any stretch. I hope these thugs get what's coming to them.

Imagine if the races were reversed???????? ABC News this evening for some reason failed to mention that the attackers were black and the victims white. Race would have been the first item out of their mouths in the first story of the night had the races been reversed.
