That’s at the Washington Hilton. I stayed there about 25 years ago. They used to have valet parking (for an exorbitant fee). I’m surprised a valet or bellhop wasn’t nearby.
I stayed there several months ago and that is the valet parking area still. I cannot believe no one stepped in. That is right at the door to the lower lobby.
