Cats Pajamas DIG assignment Part 2:

In the previous post as reply to Cat’s dig on Orange, I found images for a couple of the Broward County schools.

Also found at the link she posted that apparently there is a campaign on to persuade people to wear orange “to end gun violence.”

https://wearorange.org/supporters/

“This year, on June 7, 2019, hundreds of influencers, corporate partners, non-profit partners, landmarks and elected officials will participate in the Wear Orange campaign for National Gun Violence Awareness Day. Here is a list of participating partners:”

The David Lynch Foundation for Consciousness-Based Education and World Peace (DLF) is a global charitable foundation with offices in New York City, Los Angeles, and Fairfield, Iowa. Over the years it has expanded its focus to include other “at-risk” populations such as the homeless, U.S. military veterans, African war refugees[6] and prison inmates.

The Foundation is reported to have sponsored between 70,000 and 150,000 students in 350 schools throughout the U.S. and South America. It has held several benefits to inspire charitable contributions. A 2009 benefit concert featured PAUL MCCARTNEY AND RINGO STARR AND A 2013 EVENT FEATURED DR. OZ AND GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS. THE Foundation also sponsors research on the TM program....

List continuing:
