Orange and watch the water. I had the thought it could refer to Orange,Texas. It is a small port on the gulf of Mexico and borders Louisianna. The port used to be much bigger, had a naval base and even a boneyard for ships. Might be worth looking into. Probably lots of unused old buildings and lots of traffic because of the petro chemical industry.
