Iran has hoisted the Iranian national flag over the seized British oil tanker, Stena Impero, as Tehran taunts Britain in new footage broadcast on state TV.State-controlled news outlet Press TV also showed footage of Iranian armed forces patrolling the decks of the oil tanker after it was seized by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard in the Strait of Hormuz on Friday.The clip appears to have been recorded in the southern port of Bandar Abbas.

The UK is apparently an easy target for such an act of piracy. If the British Parliament cannot be stirred into action, then there is little hope of Great Britain ever hoping to be an intermediary in any negotiations with Iran.

The Ship turned off its transponder, collided with a fishing boat, failed to heed the fishing vessels distress call- Acts in contravention of maritime law, and posing a risk to other ships traversing SoH shipping lanes
Iran atates it acted responsibly to ensure the safety of other ships in the SoH.
So go take it back!
There not really too much, if anything, the Brits can do. Applying economic sanction like seizing any money belonging to Iran or Iranians currently held in England would be an excellent means of persuasion.
