An article has been published in the Nashville Tennessean and folks need to go read it. It talks about "copycat" legislation being passed across thousands of locales banning the implementation of Sharia Law. The main thing I wanted to point out is that this long article gives almost NO information on what Sharia Law actually entails, but is only bent on saying that people are discriminating against muslims.
Logically, why would one implement a law system that directly contradicts in many ways the present system of law? Why implement a system of law that allows cutting off hands and beheading for punishment when the present system does not allow that? And, many other things in Sharia Law do not work with our system. So, why try to get that established? Takeover. That is all it could be. And, the media that publishes this trash is advocating for such. The media IS the enemy when they do that.
It is time to bring this stuff to a screeching halt and punish people who try to get Sharia Law passed. No more. We're not going to do it.

Sharia is incompatible with US laws and Constitution. It has no place in this country.
The REASON for banning of Sharia law Is that it contradicts in many instances OUR constitution. WHY would we allow a separate system of law from a different religious foundation to be established HERE? That would be insanity. It is time to start punishing people for advocating this stuff. The mention that the legislator showed pictures of a severed hand and beheading as an example of Sharia Law, not that Sharia actually enforces law that way. They do not mention ONE instance of actual Sharia law dictates or enforcement ANYWHERE in the entire article. What dishonesty!!!

Sharia is a competing constitution with one intent..... to supplant the hosts constitution.

When talking about Sharia Law it seems as if a lot of people try to make it sound like a simple, benign system of
religious rules and that banning it is akin to refusing to allow Orthodox Jews keep kosher. It’s not hard to understand that this is far from being the case.
