Yeah -- that "pattern-overlaid" area, (only on the 2/6/2017 overflight of PI ) has been a puzzle for 'way over a year. Epstein or a flunkie probably was hiding something. (Underage girls in minimal clothing sunbathing?)

But, then, anyone cleared to add a filled polygon to the user database for GE could have done so -- in less than a minute...

First, if you look at this area through the range of dates it appears to be bare ground that has been reworked many times. Given the rocky shore it’s not very suitable for swimming or landing materials/equipment. There is a proper dock and boat lauch elsewhere on the island. It does face due South.
