As part of a crackdown pushed by President Trump, immigration authorities are slated to carry out a series of roundups targeting undocumented families on Sunday, according to two administration officials.
The raids — which the president first telegraphed last month only to postpone them — have left undocumented immigrants on edge, fearing they will be deported and separated from their families. As top Democrats urge Mr. Trump to scrap the operation, immigrant advocacy groups have been preparing immigrants who could potentially be targeted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Who will be targeted and why?
Although the president and other officials have claimed that "millions" would be deported, such an operation would be logistically impossible and politically untenable. There are currently approximately 10.5 million undocumented immigrants living in the U.S. and according to administration officials, about 1 million of them have final removal orders.

What’s this target cr**. These are people who got their deportation papers and laughed in our face.
They already said that those targeted are those with final deportation orders.
If we cannot even remove those already adjudicated as unacceptable, we have lost the country.

Only the last part is true.
One million have already had their day in court and MUST be removed if we are to retain the rule of law.
The first part is a blatant lie.
There might have been 11 million in 2000 when they first started using that number, but it is in excess of 30 million by now.

We have 3/4 of million LEOs in this nation.
We have untold numbers of people who would volunteer.
Threaten to use those options, and watch them stream out of the nation in rivers of people.
They will be easy to get as their virtue signaling heads will just pop up everywhere.
Guantanamo is waiting. There’s plenty of room.
I've suggested on more than one occasion that the president invoke the 2nd Amendment and call out the militia. This would involve his asking military veterans to register with their local police or county sheriff. Younger vets just off the battlefields of the sandbox would support tactical functions, and older farts like myself would hold down desks to free up others for tactical work.
