Then Howard turns to Rice with a question she didn't encounter in medical school: "Can I ask you: Last summer, why was it so hot?"
"The overall trend of the hotter summers that we're seeing [is] due to climate change," Rice says, "and with the overall upward trend, we've got the consequences of climate change."
For Rice, connecting those consequences heat waves, more pollen, longer allergy seasons to her patients' health is becoming routine. She is among a very small but growing number of doctors and nurses who discuss those connections with patients.

NO, because I go to a doctor and not a politician with a worthless medical degree.
My teenager was asked this. It is part of the attempts by doctors to be social workers. And political officers.
Yep - if a doctor tells me about “climate change” or asks me about guns, I’m out the door.
My Doctor and I discussed medical issues not politics. So no “climate change” or “gun control” talk.
The answer to the Do you own a gun question is: No.

Because it wasn't cold.
They do it now. They call it drawing blood.
It is simply the language spoken by democrats! Anyone who questions the existence of anthropocentric global warming is a “climate denier” and all along we thought that a climate denier would be someone who denies the existence of climate which would indeed be a real idiot. Ayn Rand warned long ago against allowing the left to control the language.
I have watched it for decades, first they said that those who denied global warming were crazy, then those who believed in the warming but denied that it was man made were crazy, then they dropped global warming and used climate change as if anyone actually denied that the climate was changing. The climate has always constantly changed in many and varied ways including cooling, drying, warming, wetting etc. Then when they had twisted climate change to mean ONLY man made global warming they started referring to “climate change deniers”. When they were allowed to get away with that they started in with “climate deniers”, a group which, at least to my knowledge, does not exist in reality. I have never known anyone to deny that there is a climate.
I call them out on their butchering of the English language at every opportunity, so long as I am alive and able I will insist that words have actual meanings which cannot be changed to suit politicians.
“My climate changes 4 times a year. Am I the only one, or does anyone else have this problem?”
I live near the intersection of I-95 and I-20, the climate changes so much here that we have no idea what normal might be. It’s more like four times a day. We can have two droughts and multiple floods in one year. I have spent a year in Iceland and have spent many weeks in Chicago in the winter years ago attending company schools and by far the deepest single snowfall I have ever seen (seventeen inches of perfect powder) fell right here and it was much deeper (up to twenty five inches) an hour South of here. I have also seen hybrid tea roses bloom here in January when we had ninety degrees and then get frosted back a few days later. I have seen deer hunters practically crying because they had to wipe sweat while sitting on a stand at Christmas and I have bundled up like an Eskimo at Thanksgiving and I have seen smoke from Chimneys in August.
