My interpretation is that the blackout in Manhattan was an attempt to kill Epstein. It appears to have failed.

I was wondering why the entire word was not capitalized. Obviously POWER could be translated as electricity. Powerful people have staged the blackout and using a 42 year old blackout as a distraction. Who was the 42nd President? hm
