My interpretation is that the blackout in Manhattan was an attempt to kill Epstein. It appears to have failed.I was pondering this last night when I found out the blackout was in the area of Epstein being held. A failure would explain why the NYC Mayor didn't look well.

I did read that there was a huge police presence around the block where Epstain is being held. That supports your interpretation. Along with the Q drop.
