I don't like combining the eras.

I'd take two cars. For Mopar, I'd take either a 1970 Challenger or Cuda with a 440 or a Hemi AND then a modern day Challenger such as a Hellcat.

I know other people like to customize and combine old body styles with new mechanicals. That's not my thing.

If it weren't for the messing with a classic thing, I think the car, on its own, as is, looks fantastic. I just feel that it's sacrilegious to alter something so part of our once great American car culture.

I own an RS/SS 396 Camaro. Yes a 90s GTO will out handle it in the curves. But I still wouldn’t trade.

Sooooo, all those hot rodders stuffing big, then modern engines into Model Ts and other pre-war cars just after WW2 were 'committing sacrilege?' You know, the classic hot rodders that were so revered by the muscle car crowd of the 70s?
