I have had good experiences with Sikh cab drivers....they were all over Seattle when I lived there, only polite people in town. One even refused to charge me for a ride.
Better than Pakis with ammonium nitrate filling their vans.
When my child was young her pediatrician was a Sikh. California has several large communities. Great people
Sikhs carry a ceremonial knife all of their lives. They also carry them in the presence of Queen Elizabeth, the only persons allowed to be armed and be near her, except for her armed guards.
Sikhs are the best.

On the truckers CB radio, channel 19:
“Are you the personage to whom I am speaking?”
Send them home to India. Put Americans back in those trucks.

Sikh’s have been on the road for a while. Go in for coffee at a Flying J or Pilot and your bound to see a few. Nice guys.

With the kind of jokes that I make, I’ve been called a pun job, but I digress.
If they “transform” US trucking like they did to Canadian trucking you’re in for a rude awakening. I know a couple of trucking company owners that had to close down because they were so vastly undercut by the proliferation of shoddy, dangerous Sikh trucking companies. Same goes for my neighbour who is a mobile truck mechanic- his income has been halved by Sikh VISA workers working for peanuts out of vans. They’ve basically taken over the Canadian trucking industry by importing workers from their home country and they’re constantly being cited for dangerous driving and safety violations. It’s a universal observation that they’re incredibly dangerous and reckless on our roads. Our government had to build, at great expense, weigh scales on two secondary roads here because they constantly get off the highway and try to bypass the main scales. Cutting corners and cheating is the default position.
As for peace-loving Sikhs, that may be the case for the majority, but in this country, there is a powerful and large Kalistan Separatist Movement. In India, they are at perpetual war with the majority Hindus and they are a full blown terrorist movement. They were suppressed in India but they’re alive and well in Trudeau’s Canada. Some of their multicultural gifts to this country are the bombing and murder of 329 people on Air India Flight 182 by the Canadian Sikh militant group Babbar Khalsa. The International Sikh Youth Federation’s Jaspal Atwal attempted to assassinate Indian cabinet minister Malkiat Singh Sidhu during a visit to Vancouver Island in 1986. We live in an area dominated by Hindus and Sihks and there is a lot of animosity and violence. Prejudice doesn’t magically stop when you immigrate.

There are 3.5 million truckers in the United States. California has 138,000, the second-most after Texas. Nearly half of those in California are immigrants, most from Mexico or Central America. But as drivers age toward retirement — the average American trucker is 55 — and a shortage grows, Sikh immigrants and their kids are increasingly taking up the job.
Half of those truckers are illegals...
Very tough work but very good pay if you get the right gig.

Americans should be doing these jobs. I know that Sikhs do many things right when they come here, but our nation needs to have American citizens doing these jobs.
