My daughter lived in Corvallis for several years. Always enjoyed the drive up there. So beautiful. Better than flying into Portland. Don’t you live in Roseville? I use to stop there and walk around the little mall there, it had stores different than bigger malls.

I’m about 20 miles from Roseburg. Mom still has a house in Roseburg that my son lives in and works at the Roseburg VA. Roseburg is basically a retirement community. Corvallis is nice too.

I use to stop in Oakland, a cute little diner there and antique stores. Yes. Corvallis is nice. And I love Oregon beaches. We have nice beaches in NorCal, but I must say Oregon beaches are the best.

Are you a tennis player?

My dad had a scholarship to play tennis for the UofU but unfortunately he had to go to work right out of high school as his dad died when he was 5 and another salary was needed to take care of his siblings.

My oldest sister was good and played with dad until she went off to college so he tried to teach me, one lesson and I was done, not good! lol
