Hubby said his wife probably kept him up all night talking politics.
Trying to catch a few winks before he has to go home and she chews his ear off again.
She was 15!
Glad you got to spend time with your grandson.
The news really is a shameful let down after a wonderful visit with family.
But be of good cheer, it has begun the PAIN is COMING!!!
Glad you had great weather for the b-ball game.
SIL won’t be happy its drizzling....
They are back in Portland area after wintering in Yuma, AZ.
Well, I was just thinking of turning Tucker on the tube, but then I recoiled at the thought of him arguing with a big-mouthed, stupid, obnoxious liberal. Honestly, FOX is giving these horrible dems enough time on the good shows that they’re not worth bothering to tune into any longer.
Thanks for the tip. Stopping in Vegas for lunch on our way to Yellowstone.
Thanks. I really like drop 3393, gold will destroy fed.
Dutchsinse Southern California Earthquake Information:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=FUqJhwKW_EY
Dutchsince is warning for a 7.5 in southern California by midnight of July 11th unless the accumulated force travels east across Oklahoma and Texas and then north alone the eastern side of the U.S.
The final eight minutes of this report contain a summary of his report.
Rain only today and tonight. Back to good weather tomorrow and rest of week. They’ll be living it.
Family makes life worthwhile, no?
Now, THAT...is funneh!!
Please tell hubby I somewhat resemble that remark, and that my hubs can (likely) relate :-)
Haven’t had a chance to watch this guy’s vids....although I appreciate his research and your posting.
Does he happen to say if any of this accumulated force has begun to travel east, yet?
I was confused the night of the last CA earthquake, when he mentioned that....about the force traveling east. I thought it was something that would happen immediately, or not happen at all.
Am I missing something, with this?
Thanks, pax....for posting this info and for your opinion/info, on this.
In 1992 in a self financed presidential campaign Ross Perot won almost 20 million votes equal to almost 19% of the total votes cast.
Daddy Bush, the incumbent president, lost with only 37% of the popular vote and Bill Clinton won with only 43% of the vote
That vote split clearly shows that voters were fed up with politics as usual.
NAFTA was a major campaign issue and neither one of the NAFTA candidates could pull in a winning majority.
Republicans knew Bush was a loser but couldn't turn their back on him.
Look at it this way - Daddy Bush gave Clinton the White House and gave America the shaft.
If Bush had dropped out and the republican party had absorbed and backed Ross Perot, Bill Clinton would have never left Arkansas.
He would have just continued on there, raping housewives and screwing other democrats out of their pocket money.
So Daddy Bush, being a sorry candidate, is responsible for the disasterous 1992 election that started the Clintons on their decades long international crime sprees.
If not for Bush, Ross Perot would have been elected president, we would not have a national debt of $22 trillion, Americans would have never heard
of a Kenyan muslim named Barack Obama, and thousands of American factories would not have closed down over the following 24 years.
And a lot of Clinton 'friends' would have never met with an untimely demise.
.
Safe travels to you, gub.
Sounds like a great adventure.
Yes, Trump’s Fed’s appointees will be questioned on that a lot.
Congress ceded control of our money in 1913, with the Federal Reserve.
Fiat money always ends in disaster.
Don’t blame you at all, Judy.
You’ll learn more here anyway.
The TT is always ahead of FoxNews by hours, and sometimes, days.
Spot on, analysis, Vlad.
Had we NOT voted for Perot in 1992, we never would have gotten Gingrich and the Contract for America in 1994, and a GOP led House for the first time in 40 years.
Bush had an even shot at winning a two-person race against Clinton.
If Bush had dropped out and the republican party had absorbed and backed Ross Perot, Bill Clinton would have never left Arkansas.
If I remember correctly, Clinton had already left Arkansas and was well on the way to the nomination when Perot entered the race - certainly by the time Perot left and re-entered the race.
You may not believe it now, but incumbency has its advantages. Had Bush stepped aside for Perot or for someone else acceptable to Perot, that would have given the election to Clinton.
In hindsight, Bush was a poor candidate, but that wasn't obvious at the time. He'd been very popular during the war, and in spite of Clinton's talk about how bad the economy was, economic models showed Bush winning.
If not for Bush, Ross Perot would have been elected president, we would not have a national debt of $22 trillion, Americans would have never heard of a Kenyan muslim named Barack Obama, and thousands of American factories would not have closed down over the following 24 years.
Republcans would never have nominated Perot and would never have stood back stayed out of the race. In the extremely unlikely event that Republicans nominated Perot (or nominated nobody), Perot would have come across as unstable and would have lost the election. What would have happened 16 years later is anybody's guess.
