No one mentions that he contributed his salary to the park service last quarter. Should cover some of the expense. Saw an interview with one of the owners of firework companies He mentioned the many cities they did shows in last night and indicated they made more than enough to pay for the D.C. Fireworks. In other words the blue cities paid for the national display Almost as good as China buying rice from us! 🤓

Do you have lots of family in CA?
Wish my loved ones would get out of Dodge.
One is a surfing lawyer who lives down near San Diego.
I can’t believe surfing takes priority over a good place to raise your kids.
Can always hope as the kids get school age, he will grow up!

I have to call and see if there’s a laundry pickup needed lol. Although I know there will be eggs to wash....so I should just head out.
We’ve been pretty warm up here - have had the a/c on for a week. Still plenty of rain, but it’s drying up a bit. At least the kids got the hay cut, baled and stored.

You have a good time on the farm, glad they got their hay in.
Hubby put the AC unit in a few days ago, run it in the heat of the afternoon.
I’m not complaining, been a beautiful summer so far.

Do you have lots of family in CA? My wife & 4 kids live here in Huntington Beach.
I have a sister in fox river Grove IL, but that is all.
My wife's family all live in Los Angeles.
If your relative is a surfer, it will be hard to get them to leave CA.
