I cried through every branch’s song and the flyovers. Today was perfect, and I haven’t even watched the fireworks yet! Happy Independence Day everyone!

Truly beautiful and such a memory for us all.

President was simply fabulous, loved the history lesson, and tribute to each branch of the military.

Marveled at how they were able to sinc with the flyovers.

Can’t remember a better 4th.

You sure had a bit of excitement in southern Cal today.

The fireworks are in FULL swing in my neighborhood. They are up so high I can watch them a couple streets away. They are all around us this year. People have more money.

Glad you finally got your cable back.

By the 4th program, do you mean Trump’s Salute to America or the Capital 4th Celebration?

I’m watching the Capitol 4th Celebration again on PBS, on my Roku.

Yes there were quite a few last night, so I expect a lot tonight when it gets dark. Due to fires, they make us use”safe & sane” fireworks which don’t go as high but are still loud. And the city had a display at the beach.

We bought fireworks for the first time in our children’s lives (except for sparklers), and the ones who are here are loving it. There are fireworks going off all around our neighborhood as well. I’m inside because firecrackers make me a nervous wreck. My husband just said, “Why are you in here? It was your idea!!!” hahaha. He’s enjoying himself as are our children and one grandchild who is here.

Fantastic!!

We haven’t been able to have fireworks for I can’t even remember when.

At least, the city has a big display.

Some years do to drought that wasn’t even allowed.

The 4th isn’t complete without the fireworks.

Some people that live here say that they felt the earthquake, but I was unloading stuff from a major Safeway trip. Thank goodness it was not in a more populated area.

I'm glad you found the link Tweety. Some here missed them. My husband watched the concert afterwards on another station. He said it was really good. Thanks.

MR Trump gave the Squeegee guy the day off so he could spend the holiday with his family.

The rallies, the donations, this yuge patriotic parade... definently opened my eyes. The media is clearly full of shit. The left is full of shit. We are clearly the fierce majority. We're going to take this country by a storm and there ain't a damn thing they can do about it.

Fireworks on the beach sound pretty. Ours are down on the Ohio River. Louisville, Ky. in the background.
