A few years back,when the Rats controlled the Governor's office *and* the state legislature,they enacted "same day registration".
That allows a person to show up at the polls on Election Day and,without a shred of proof,claim to have just moved to New Hampshire.Upon making the claim they're handed a ballot.
And now bus loads of winos and junkies are bused in from the nearby People's Republic of Massachusetts...and the result is all four of their Congresscritters being Rats.
StL used that exact procedure (busing) for years. Only from Illinois.

In 2020, Trump is going to take New Hampshire, so the General has a good chance of pulling off an upset.

New Hampshire has been taken over by Massachusetts liberals, which includes those who now live there and those who come over on election day from Mass. to vote with the same day registration laws.
